Sargodha Waste Management Company (SWMC), Sargodha has been established under Section 42 of Companies Ordinance 1984. The Company established with a vision to establish an efficient, transparent, responsive, sustainable and integrated Solid Waste Management system in Sargodha division. SWMC provides a unique opportunity to professionals for working in an excellent environment along with competitive market based salary and potential for professional growth. SWMC invites applications for the following positions:-
Chief Financial Officer (M-4)
A member of a recognized body of professional accountants with at least five years relevant experience, in case of Public Sector Companies having total assets of five billion rupees or more; or a person holding a master degree in finance from a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission with at least ten years relevant experience, in case of other Public Sector Companies.

Senior Manager HR & Admin (M-6)
Minimum 16 years of education in the field of HR/Business Administration/Public Administration (Specialization in HR)/Social Sciences or equivalent from HEC recognized university. Foreign Qualification thoroughly recognized by HEC will be preferred. At least Seven (7) years of experience in well-established public/private organizations with excellent administrative skills. Corporate experience will be added advantage.

Company Secretary (M-7)
A member of a recognized body of professional accountants; or a member of a recognized body of corporate or chartered secretaries; or a person holding a master degree in business administration or commerce or being a law graduate from a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission with at least five years of relevant experience in well reputed organization.

Manager Monitoring (M-7)
At least sixteen (16) years of education in the field of Environmental Science/Engineering/Management, Civil/ Urban Planning or Business Administration from an HEC recognized university. At five (05) years of experience of Operations Management, Monitoring & Evaluation or relevant field in well-established and renowned public/private organizations.
