Customer Account Manager – Remote job in USA at BairesDev
In this role, you’ll be a key point of contact for a portfolio of clients. Your focus will be on ensuring their satisfaction, maintaining strong relationships, and identifying potential risks to support client success.
What You’ll Do:
– Manage day-to-day client interactions and regular check-ins.
– Monitor client satisfaction and escalate concerns as needed.
– Track updates and maintain client records.
– Support coordination with internal teams.
– Contribute to client retention efforts.
What we are looking for:
– Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar client-facing roles.
– Understanding of software development or technology services.
– Experience managing multiple accounts.
– Willingness to travel occasionally.
– Advanced level of English.
